  • Installation of main water pipeline at La Guardia in 1984.
  • Asphalting of feeder road at UCMA Village from corner Salinas Drive at a costs of P 80,000.00 in 1989.
  • Construction of Brgy. Multi Purpose Hall and Sports Complex.
  • Asphalting of Atty. Winnie Geonzon road which was completed in 1990 at a costs of P 100,000.00.
  • Construction of open drainage canals at Col. Toralba St. from corner of Wilson Street.
  • Riprapping of canals from San Miguel to Sitio Baca, Apas fro the funds of Congressman del Mar, 800 meters long.
  • Construction of Waiting Sheds in 1994.
  • Cementing the access road to Calvary Hills in 1997.
  • Construction of drainage at La Guardia in 1993.
